Growing Nicely works with sustainability in mind, making beautiful, functional, gardens.
Firstly, the space is carefully analysed. Gaps in the planting, unpleasant views and lack of privacy are all noted. Following a full discussion with the garden owners, a plan is devised to realise the gardens’ full potential.
Using a light touch for maximum impact, using plants, hedges and trees to sub-divide the garden. Creating seating areas and private spaces.
Selecting the right plants making a combination of sumptuous colour, texture and multi-seasonal interest. Suited to the soil and location of the garden, in tune with biodiversity and ecology.
Good design is a combination of
- a good lay-out,
- nice places to sit with comfortable furniture
- the right plants for that particular space.
I live in Surrey & usually work within a 25 mile radius, but I’m happy to travel further. Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
I look forward to hearing from you.
