Hedges have many uses in a garden, mostly they separate different parts of the garden or act as boundaries, but as well as the practical use, it’s nice to be creative and experiment with shape.
Like this wavy hedge, I like the contrast of the curvy shapes with the crisp, straight one in the foreground.
These hedges are in Jardin Plume, Normandy, it’s a fabulous, inspiring garden and worth the detour if you’re in the area.
Have you got a hedge in your garden that yyou could get creative with?
